We kicked off another round of our empathy parenting ecourse Parenting on the Same Team yesterday. One of my reactions when the ecourse starts is an up-welling of empathy for the parents and families with whom we are working. We’re all so eager to learn more, and to have community while we learn, about how to work constructively with our home teams. I just love these heart-inspired mamas and papas. The other thing that always happens is that I get all glitter-eyed for my own amazing family and the wonderful ways we work together for all our mutual happiness. No offense to any of you, but I have the best family of all time…
So today’s post is just a reveling in the love and gratitude I have for this little team, and a look at us through the ages.
This is one of a series of fun family shots we took this past Autumn with the camera my parents passed on to us, with which we can only make slightly out-of-focus shots… It’s just indicative of the soft, warm fuzzy of our life together, right?!And the most recent Yule portrait. Harley was just on an extended visit the previous year, so he’s not in this one, and two of the (escape artist) chickens went to live with our friends who have a covered chicken yard; Luella and Pansy stayed with us.
Hope you and your team are having a delicious time, too!
